The Duo is a lightweight climbing accessory specially designed for training, it allows you to isolate the muscle and tendon development of one or two fingers (two-finger hold 25mm deep). The Duo will prepare your fingers for all kinds of holds! It can be used as a light load with a rubber band or weight but also with the body weight by hanging it on the first draw or on a tree.
