Administrative Manager (M/F)

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of administrative and pre-accounting tasks within our company. You will work closely with the administrative and financial team to ensure compliance with internal procedures and the accuracy of accounting data.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Company life 

  • Manage administrative tasks such as managing mail, drafting correspondence and keeping records 
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and insurance 
  • Manage purchases of administrative and business supplies 
  • Develop and ensure compliance with service memorandums 
  • Check compliance with company rules (office, kitchen, storage, etc.); manage the cleaning company and control the cleanliness of the premises 
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as needed 

 

Pre-accounting 

  • Process pre-accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, entering supplier invoices, expense reports, customer payments, etc. 
  • Collaborate with the internal and external finance team to prepare the data necessary for the preparation of tax declarations and financial reports 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and accounting processes by proposing ideas and implementing effective solutions 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS 

  • Previous experience in a similar role: > 3 years 
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative procedures 
  • Real manager and taste for problem solving 
  • Ability to work with precision and attention to detail 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Rigor, sense of organization, dynamism, autonomy, versatility, positive 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Team player and ability to work effectively with different departments 
  • International culture, open-mindedness 
  • Proficiency in MS office; strong sensitivity to new digital tools

  • Contract: CDD 39h of 6 months renewable, then CDI 
  • Start: as soon as possible
